Do you handle both personal injury and workers' comp?

How do your fees work — do I pay anything upfront?
Nothing upfront. Personal-injury cases are handled on contingency — our fee comes out of the recovery only if we win. Workers' comp fees are a judge-approved percentage of your award. Initial consultations are always free.
