Dan Schwender Joins BKHC

We are pleased to announce that Dan Schwender has joined Bender Kurlander Hernandez and Campbell.

Over the last 15 plus years, Dan has worked as a trial attorney representing personal injury clients and handling business dispute cases. While his experience extends through all aspects of civil litigation, trial, and alternative dispute resolution, he also gained significant professional experience prior to joining the legal world.

Before becoming an attorney, Dan worked as an electro-mechanical sales engineer, helping manufacturing plants solve production problems across the state of Utah. Deciding to become a lawyer, Dan earned his J.D. from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While in law school, he served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Ruben B. Brooks in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Jan Goldsmith (Ret.) in the Superior Court of California. He then became a trial attorney with a boutique law firm representing personal injury clients and handling business dispute cases.

“Dan’s extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants through all aspects of civil litigation, trial, and alternative dispute resolution make him an excellent addition to our team,” said Bill Bender, Managing General Partner. “His dedication to keeping his clients informed and involved in their cases perfectly align with our focus and commitment to our clients and their needs.”

When he’s not working with his clients, Dan enjoys surfing, camping, and playing games with his family. He can be reached at dan@bkhclaw.com
