Brandi Kurlander is a founding member and partner at Bender Kurlander Hernandez & Campbell. Ms. Kurlander is the only attorney at BKHC that handles both personal injury and workers compensation cases and has successfully done so since she passed the California State Bar in 1999. Ms. Kurlander’s focus is on cases that are commonly referred to as “crossover cases” – cases where there is both a personal injury and a workers compensation element stemming from the same incident. Because Ms. Kurlander is versed in both areas of law, she has been extremely successful at producing substantial settlements for her clients by maximizing their recovery. Ms. Kurlander’s legal advice is often solicited by attorney colleagues to provide legal advice and guidance when they have a crossover case.
Ms. Kurlander is originally from Tucson, Arizona and obtained her bachelor of science degree at the University of Arizona. She and her husband have a rescue dog named Arnold and enjoy going on trips to exotic locations and exploring culture, architecture and most of all food.
