BKHC Welcomes Attorney Robert M. Caietti to the Firm

Bender, Kurlander, Hernandez & Campbell is pleased to announce that attorney Robert M. Caietti, a top-rated labor and employment attorney, has joined the firm.
Bob brings more than 40 years of experience in civil litigation and trial work to BKHC, with a strong focus on representing clients in complex matters involving catastrophic injury, employment, mass torts, and probate litigation. He has a reputation as a thoughtful, strategic litigator known for his practical approach to dispute resolution and consistent courtroom success.

Prior to joining BKHC, Bob was the principal of the Law Offices of Robert M. Caietti, where he represented a broad range of clients across California. His extensive experience and longstanding commitment to advocacy make him a valuable addition to BKHC’s litigation team.
Before establishing his own firm, Bob served as partner in two of the most prominent law firms in San Diego. He is an active member of The State Bar of California, the American Board of Trial Advocates, the California Employment Lawyers Association and the California Applicants’ Attorneys Association.
Bob also serves as arbitrator of attorney-client fee disputes with the San Diego County Bar Association, and he has served as judge pro-tem for the San Diego Superior Court. He is admitted to practice before all state courts in California as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Central Districts of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. Bob earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of San Diego.
He has two children and his wife, the Hon. Carolyn Caietti, is a Judge with the San Diego Superior Court.
