About
Bill Bender is the principal and managing partner at Bender Kurlander Hernandez & Campbell. As a litigation and trial attorney, Mr. Bender focuses on representing individuals with significant injuries. He handles catastrophic personal injury matters including wrongful death, automobile accidents, brain injury, construction site cases dog bites, and premises liability matters. He is involved in all aspects of the firm’s injury litigation practice, from initial case strategy through trial, and has substantial experience handling complex injury cases. Mr. Bender has personally recovered in excess of 150 million dollars for his clients, through trial, alternate dispute resolution procedures, and pre-litigation settlement.
Bill is a lifetime San Diego resident who loves the San Diego Padres and he still remains loyal to the Chargers and Clippers. He has two daughters, Bailey, 22 and Riley, 19.
